In the summer of 2014, I made a big decision: I moved from sunny Napoli, in the south of Italy, to big, smokey and grey London. The city of possibilities. I believe that this choice has forever changed my life.
After arriving in London, I started practising yoga to find some comfort and a space to relax while working in the busy and hectic fashion industry. Yoga gradually became such an integral part of my life and I soon realised I could not do without it anymore. At that point I realised I wanted to become a yoga teacher and share this amazing tool with others. After all, if it helped me, surely it could help others too?
I graduated in March 2019 at Yogacampus and I have been teaching groups, private classes and corporate classes since November 2017.
My mission is to be a guide for those who want to go through this powerful and transformative path and empower each one of you to accept and love yourselves. Hopefully I can help you find some balance.
The ‘golden hour’ is my favourite moment of the day and I wish everyone who comes to one of my classes can experience that welcoming ‘golden hour’ embrace and take it with them into the world.
