Hi, I’m Giuliana.

I’m here to help women feel calm, confident, and truly empowered through pregnancy, birth, and beyond. With a blend of pregnancy yoga, hypnobirthing, postnatal support, and relaxation classes, I provide a nurturing space where women can reconnect with their bodies and trust their instincts.

During my own pregnancy in 2023, yoga, breathwork, and hypnobirthing became my foundation. These techniques allowed me to experience a drug-free birth, feeling strong, in control, and deeply connected to my body. That experience transformed me, and now I’m passionate about helping other women achieve the same sense of ease, trust, and empowerment in their journey.

Through movement, breath, and evidence-based techniques, I guide women in releasing fear, embracing birth with confidence, and stepping into motherhood feeling strong, prepared, and at peace.
